Will I get an invoice? Yes. During checkout you can request an invoice — tick the box and it'll be sent to your email. Otherwise, you'll receive a standard payment receipt.
What does the ticket get me? Access to the full NALB Forum program on Thursday, April 30 (all sessions, panels, keynote, coffee breaks) plus the networking event on Wednesday, April 29, at Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel, and the Farewell Networking after the Forum concludes at UCLA’s Grand Horizon Ballroom Terrace, Covel Commons.
Does the ticket include networking? Yes — both the pre-forum networking evening (Wed, April 29) and the farewell networking event (Thu, April 30) are included.
What if I get sick and can't attend? Tickets are non-refundable, but transferable to someone else up to 7 days before the event. For last-minute illness, contact us at info@nalbforum.com and we'll review your case individually.
