OVERVIEW

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Hoperfy platform ("we", "us", "our", or "Hoperfy") for booking hotels and purchasing event tickets. By completing a booking or ticket purchase on our website or through one of our partner pages, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Hoperfy acts as an intermediary platform connecting users to accommodations, event organizers, and other service providers. When you book a hotel or buy a ticket, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the accommodation or event organizer offering the product. Hoperfy facilitates the reservation, ticketing, and payment on their behalf.

BOOKINGS AND TICKET PURCHASES

When you submit a booking or ticket purchase request, you are making an offer to buy the selected service. The booking or purchase becomes valid only when Hoperfy issues a confirmation by email or on-screen.

Please ensure that all details provided during checkout, such as guest names, attendee names, dates, and contact information, are correct. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in cancellation, invalid tickets, or additional charges imposed by the service provider.

PAYMENT TERMS

Unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout:

  • Hoperfy collects the full payment at the time of booking or ticket purchase.
  • Your booking or ticket purchase is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
  • Hoperfy collects payments on behalf of the accommodation provider or event organizer, who remains responsible for delivering the booked service or event.
  • All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise during checkout, except city taxes, which are collected directly by the accommodation upon check-in.

By providing payment details, you authorize Hoperfy and its payment partners to process the transaction for the total amount shown.

CONFIRMATION AND TICKET DELIVERY

After successful payment:

  • Hotel bookings will be confirmed instantly, and a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided.
  • Event tickets will be emailed automatically, including a unique QR code or link required for entry to the event.

If you do not receive your confirmation or ticket within one hour, please contact Hoperfy support for assistance.

You must present your booking confirmation or event ticket, either digital or printed, upon check-in or event entry.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Hotel Bookings

  • Cancellation policies vary by property and are displayed during booking.
  • Some room rates may be refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable. Please review the cancellation policy displayed next to the room price carefully before completing your booking.
  • If your booking allows cancellation, you can cancel it through Hoperfy's website or by contacting our support team before the stated deadline.
  • Refunds, when applicable, are processed through the same payment method used during booking. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Failure to arrive at the accommodation (a "no-show") may result in full or partial charges as determined by the property's policy.

Event Tickets

  • Ticket refund and cancellation policies are set by each event organizer and displayed on the event page before purchase. Some tickets may be non-refundable or subject to specific deadlines.
  • If the event allows cancellations, refund requests must follow the instructions provided by the organizer or within the email confirmation.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the same payment method used for purchase.
  • If an event is canceled or postponed, Hoperfy will assist in communicating updates and refund procedures, but the final responsibility lies with the event organizer.

TRANSFERABILITY AND RESALE OF TICKETS

Tickets purchased through Hoperfy are intended for personal use. Reselling or transferring tickets for commercial purposes without the organizer's prior consent may render them invalid.

Event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or cancel tickets that have been resold or altered.

CHANGES BY THE ACCOMMODATION OR ORGANIZER

In rare cases, the accommodation or event organizer may change or cancel a booking or event. Hoperfy will assist in securing an alternative service, reissuing tickets, or processing refunds as per the provider's policy. However, the ultimate responsibility for providing the booked service or event rests with the accommodation or organizer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoperfy is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience arising from the actions or omissions of accommodations, event organizers, or third-party suppliers.

Hoperfy's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking or ticket purchase concerned.

All services are provided "as is," and Hoperfy makes no warranties regarding the quality, safety, or suitability of accommodations or events.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your personal information is processed according to the Hoperfy Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Hoperfy platform, you consent to the use of your data for processing bookings, payments, ticket delivery, customer support, and analytics.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
